Terms of Use

Please read these terms on scope, acceptable use, and liability before visiting this site or consulting the official guide.

[Scope] Scope and Site Purpose

This site is the Shadowrocket official website and guide. It provides product verification information, purchase guidance, setup instructions, and troubleshooting documentation. These terms apply when you browse this site, reference its content, or follow the guide. App purchases, payments, refunds, and store account matters are separately governed by the applicable App Store terms.

The guide explains verifiable features and procedures; it does not guarantee results in any particular network environment. In-app options, compatibility, and system requirements may change. Refer to the App Store listing for system requirements, and check the current app interface when following instructions.

[Compliance] Lawful Use

When using Shadowrocket or consulting this site, you must comply with the laws and regulations, network requirements, and service terms applicable to your location and activities. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or infringe anyone’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights. Unauthorized data access, disruption, or damage is prohibited.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to use any subscription or server information you import, and for determining whether your intended destinations and configuration uses are lawful. Addresses, passwords, and rule examples in this guide illustrate syntax only. They are not usable service credentials and do not authorize any access.

[Purchase] App Purchases and Service Scope

Shadowrocket is a paid app for Apple platforms, primarily iPhone and iPad, and is available exclusively through the App Store. See the purchase guide to verify the app. Confirm the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and app ID 932747118. The App Store listing sets the price and purchase terms.

A one-time app purchase is not a service plan. Buying the app grants the right to use the client; it does not include network service. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services. Setup instructions assume that you already have your own subscription or server information. Any related services are provided under the agreement between you and the relevant provider.

[Liability] Availability and Data

The app is sold through the App Store; transaction results and app availability are determined by App Store records. Network conditions, system permissions, remote server status, and user configuration can all affect connectivity. This site does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or documentation, or any particular connection results.

Before editing, importing, overwriting, or deleting configurations, keep any necessary backups and protect subscription URLs and access credentials. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for service interruptions, connection failures, overwritten configurations, data loss, or resulting indirect damages. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or restrict consumer rights provided by law.

[Rights] Intellectual Property and Content Use

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to its developer or the respective rights holders. Official icons and app screenshots are shown to identify the product and explain its use. Browsing this site does not grant any right to copy, modify, or use these materials commercially.

Original documentation and editorial arrangement on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, credit the source and retain necessary context. Do not alter operating conditions, remove risk notices, or misrepresent the source. Reproduction or distribution beyond fair use permitted by law requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

[Changes] Changes to These Terms and Questions

These terms may be revised to meet legal requirements, reflect feature changes, or maintain the documentation. Revised terms will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be clearly noted here. Any legally required separate notice will be provided as required by law. Revisions will not retroactively remove rights already acquired lawfully.

Please review the current terms before consulting the documentation. For setup questions, start with the troubleshooting steps in the tutorial and the node management guide. Follow the App Store process for purchase matters. When troubleshooting, do not share full subscription URLs, passwords, or other sensitive information publicly.
